Items for sale on this website are stock items, unless a lead time is shown. Stock items should, in normal circumstances always be in stock and available for despatch as soon as payment is received in full.

DELIVERY CHARGES

Parcels are normally sent by the Royal Mail Small Parcel service (or Medium if applicable). Small items under 2kg and less that 40 cm in length are charged £2.95 (inc. VAT) for UK Mainland deliveries. This charge applies whether you order one product or multiples.

The postage and packing charge you will pay will be shown on screen before you confirm your order. Where multiple items are included in one order, we may dispatch the items separately, in which case, you will only be charged one postage and packing charge.

ORDERS

All orders received through our Online Shop are processed and subject to a stock availability and security check. Orders will be despatched by Royal Mail or our preferred carrier depending on the size/weight.

WEEKEND AND BANK HOLIDAY DELIVERIES

Unfortunately, we are unable to process orders at weekends or on bank holidays at this time. Orders placed during these times will be processed on the first working day back.

OUT OF STOCK ITEMS

We always do our best to maintain high stock levels by receiving regular deliveries from our suppliers. Whilst it is our policy to avoid shortages in stock, this, on occasions cannot be avoided. Should an item not be available for delivery within the time you specify, we will contact you to advise you of the delay.

VAT ON PRODUCTS

All prices include VAT. The price you see on-screen is the price you pay. VAT is charged at the current UK rate.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

If, for any reason, there is any defect in the quality, quantity or condition of the goods we will give you an exchange or refund (excludes soap, see our policy below). Please notify us by email on help@packaging2buy.co.uk or by telephone on 01707 635353 quoting our order reference within 7 days of delivery.

As per the Distance Selling Regulations, you have the right to cancel your order within147 days of receipt of goods, with the exception of Custom Made items. You must notify us in writing of the cancellation and return the goods in the condition they were delivered to you at your cost and at your risk.

SOAP RETURNS

Due to the nature of the naked soaps – we cannot accept refunds as we cannot resell them to other customers as we have no guarantee on handling once they have left our control.

DUTY OF CARE

Please note: You have a duty of care while the goods are in your possession, and they are your responsibility until the goods have been received on these premises.
